Keltic Belle Return & Defective Item Policy
At Keltic Belle, your satisfaction matters deeply. Every Celtic Intention Doll is crafted by hand, and natural variations in stitching, texture, and expression are part of their character. These pieces are not machine‑perfect — they are intentionally handmade, each with its own presence and personality.
Because of this, all sales are considered final.
Handmade Item Policy
Final Sale: Once an order has shipped, returns and cancellations are not accepted.
No Exchanges: Due to the handcrafted nature of these dolls, exchanges are not offered.
Expected Variations: Slight differences in appearance are normal and not considered defects.
Local Pickup: Please inspect your item at pickup. Once it leaves the premises, the sale is final.
Case‑by‑Case Returns
If you believe your doll has a significant issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos. Returns may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis for genuine concerns.
Quality Guarantee
If your doll arrives damaged in transit, reach out within 3 days with photos so I can help resolve the issue.
Non‑Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Personalized or custom orders
Items altered, worn, or damaged after delivery
Return Shipping & Insurance
We recommend using USPS with insurance coverage to protect the value of your return. Keltic Belle is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if insurance is not selected.
Refund & Defective Product Policy (Items Not Made by Me)
For products sold by Keltic Belle but manufactured by another company, the following applies:
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse
Fit issues
Color concerns
Changes of mind
However, if you believe the item is defective, we will work with the manufacturer to determine whether they will stand behind their product.
If the manufacturer officially deems the item defective:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method
Original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance
All defect determinations are made case‑by‑case by the manufacturer. We will advocate for you, but approval is not guaranteed.
Eligibility Requirements for Defective Returns
To qualify for a defective return on items not made by me:
The item must be in original packaging and original condition
Proof of purchase is required
Items worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible
If returning by mail, the customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance
Approval of a defective return is determined solely by the manufacturer.
